Our 2010 inaugural Leadership Guelph & Wellington program has been a tremendous success!
Twenty-two participants have experienced new opportunities to learn and develop their leadership skills in a community based setting. And they’ve had great fun along the way.
This program, a partnership between the Volunteer Centre of Guelph/Wellington and many collaborators including the University of Guelph, offers community-based leadership skills training for up to 30 participants annually. Over the course of a year, participants will learn about their local community, leadership skills and opportunities, and how they can impact our community.
Applications for the 2011 Leadership program have been accepted and a new class will begin September 2011!
